The geology of the Saint Estephe appellation is particularly different to its neighbouring appellations. Firstly, the average altitude is higher, with slopes which enable rainfall to drain and limestone sub-soils which bring water back up through capillarity during periods of drought. Two ledges in the shape of a half-moon from South to East, facing the Gironde River,
emphasise once again the originality of this vineyard area.
The presence of clay in Saint Estephe marks a real difference with the other terroirs. It has meant that exceptional wines could be made in very dry years.
The Saint Estèphe style of architecture in the village and in the properties adds a mineral touch which delicately punctuates the range of greens in the vineyards. It is in this special landscape that Chateau Moutinot is located, at the heart of a vineyard area which includes five classified growths and four ‘crus bourgeois exceptionnels’.

The wines of Château Yon-Figeac express the classicism of Saint-Emilion while adding their own touch of modernity: remarkable fruitiness, spicy notes and unprecedented freshness.
This balance and elegance, common to all vintages, constitute the identity of Château Yon-Figeac wines and are intrinsically linked to the terroir and the techniques adopted in the vineyard and cellar.

Chateau De Lamarque Haut-Medoc 14%
Located in Bordeaux's Haut-Médoc region (just north of Margaux), the estate is built around a nearly 1,000-year-old castle. It is famously managed by the Gromand d'Evry family—making it one of the longest unbroken lineages of ownership in the entire wine world. Georgine de Fumel, Marquise d'Evry, expanded the estate in 1920
This 2020 vintage is all about finesse, elegance and balance! Its robe reveals a dense and deep red color, garnet, purplish reflection, reminding us of the berry color before harvest time. The nose gives off black fruit, plums and spice aromas thanks to Petit Verdot. On the palate, you find again the fruits with some spice notes and mocha.
Chateau Cantin Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2023
Situated to the east of the hillock of Saint-Émilion, the property includes a beautiful Château with buildings set out around a central courtyard which were built by Benedictine monks from the 17th century onwards. These served as the farm and the Monastery for the religious order and were also used as a summer residence by the Canons of Saint-Émilion. The Château’s location owes nothing to chance, for the congregation decided to build it as close as possible to a stream, the “Cantin” (from the Latin “Cantio” meaning chant or song).
Since the 2009 vintage, Château Cantin benefits from the expertise of the oenologist Michel Rolland and his team.
Les Hauts Du Tertre 2017 12,5%
Les Hauts du Tertre 2017 is faithful to its style, full of plump fruit and deliciously approachable. This is achieved with a blend of crisp, juicy Merlots and delicate, suave Cabernet Francs. A generous proportion of Petit Verdot brings depth and tonicity. These all complement the dense, distinguished Cabernet Sauvignons that provide freshness, tension and length.
This is a “vin de plaisir”, generous and accessible, fit for all occasions.
Chateau German Marbuzet Saint-Estephe 2019 14,5%
Château German Marbuzet Saint-Estèphe 2019 is produced by Crus et Domaines de France (a subsidiary of the Grands Chais de France group). The estate's viticultural management relies heavily on the expertise of Vincent Cachau as the winemaker and Sébastien Villenave overseeing the vineyard.
Domaine De La Chartreuse Châteauneuf Du Pape 2024 15%
Cultivated near Bédarrides on the famous galets roulés (rounded pebbles) and clay-limestone soils. Fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks with no oak-barrel aging to preserve maximum fruit purity.
Following some délestages at the start of fermentation, the frequency of pumping over decreases for gentle extraction.

The producer of Louise Dubois 1885 Pinot Noir is Les Grands Chais de France (GCF), one of the country's largest wine producers. The wine is made in ready to drink style.
Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C. 13,5%
Cannonau di Sardegna Le Clivie is the iconic Sardinian red. It is an intense and savoury wine.
Pleasing to the palate, full and powerful, it embodies the characteristics of its homeland. Cannonau Le Clivie is a wine with a distinct personality, well-structured with scents of fruit and iodine notes typical of Mediterranean maquis.
Donjon De Lamarque Haut-Medoc AOP 13%
Appellation: Haut-Médoc AOP Area in production 38 Ha Planting density 7500 vines/Ha Terroir Predominantly Riss I and Mindel III gravel nappes. Average age of the vines 35 years Viticulture “Méthode Cousinié” VERY reasoned management based on nutritional balance for fewer treatments. No herbicides, CMRs or anti- botrytis treatments. Vineyard management Pruning, disbudding, pruning, thinning out of leaves and shoots.
The Donjon de Lamarque 2022, from Château de Lamarque in the Haut-Médoc, is a balanced and elegant wine with generous fruitiness. It reveals dominant notes of ripe red fruits, complemented by hints of vanilla and undergrowth, showcasing well-executed barrel aging. On the palate, it is fleshy, with a solid structure and appreciable length. Its balance between freshness and complexity makes it enjoyable now, while also offering aging potential.

How it's made
An accurate selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, together with the use of autochthonous grapes, gives a good structure and tannicity to the wine and additionally helps it get a better result from the aging process in oak barrels.
The grapes are left in the drying shed for a short maceration of 30 days, and, after a soft pressing, followed by a slow fermentation in stainless steel vats. After that, the wine is aged for 30 more days in French oak barrels, and is put in steel tanks until the bottling phase.

How it's made
Late harvest wine. We wait for the physiological ripeness of the grapes, then we cut the vine shoots that carry the clusters and we leave them on the plant until mid-november. Then, we harvest and vinify with the method of cold maceration for 30 days. With the use of this particular technique we can obtain a wine that will be less acidic on the palate and with a more intense flavor.
