Located in Bordeaux’s Haut-Médoc region (just north of Margaux), the estate is built around a nearly 1,000-year-old castle. It is famously managed by the Gromand d’Evry family—making it one of the longest unbroken lineages of ownership in the entire wine world. Georgine de Fumel, Marquise d’Evry, expanded the estate in 1920
This 2020 vintage is all about finesse, elegance and balance! Its robe reveals a dense and deep red color, garnet, purplish reflection, reminding us of the berry color before harvest time. The nose gives off black fruit, plums and spice aromas thanks to Petit Verdot. On the palate, you find again the fruits with some spice notes and mocha.

Chateau De Lamarque Haut-Medoc is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon 45% Merlot 10% Petit-Verdot grapes.
