After the alcoholic fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 13°C-14°C for 10 days. The Fiano 90% maturing in stainless steel silos for 4 months on vine leaves, the Chardonnay 10% part needs a short stay in little wood (one - two months). Chardonnay La Presna Reserva is bright yellow colour with golden tones. The grapes are frone in vertical trellis and spanish grape arbour. On the alluvial top soil with a sandy texture, subsoil with rounded rocks and a sandy base.
It's grone in temperate climate, with Mediterranean rains and a significant variation of temperature between day and night.
