Drinkability

Grapes are hand-picked in the hills around Tirana during peak ripeness to maintain balanced sugars and natural acidity.

The grapes are gently pressed, and the juice undergoes a cool, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. This preserves the primary fruit aromas and bright floral notes of the grape.

The vineyards are heavily influenced by the rocky, limestone, and tuff-rich soils of the region, which impart a signature saline, flinty finish to the wine.

Ready to drink.

Bouquet

A refined, floral, and fruity bouquet. Expect fresh notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, beautifully balanced by delicate undertones of white flowers like jasmine and mountain tea.

Palate

Crisp and lively, showcasing refreshing acidity and a pleasant, distinct minerality. The texture is smooth yet lively, ending with a clean, dry, and surprisingly long-lasting finish.

Pairing

Shesh i Bardhë is a highly versatile food wine, due to its bright acidity and subtle fruitiness, . It pairs perfectly with, seafood, charcuterie and white meat.
