Chardonnay Piemonte D.O.C. 13,5%

The story of Vinciarett began in 1950, when Clemente Guasti, created a rosé from Barbera grapes in Nizza Monferrato, in the heart of Piedmont. His idea was to capture a different expression of Barbera: its freshness, fragrance and delicate character. He used the free-run juice released by the grapes in the traditional harvesting tubs, known locally as big once, before pressing. This was the origin of “Il Mio Vinciarett”, presented in a distinctive, slender Rhine-style bottle.
The new interpretation includes a portion vinified in amphora, while remaining faithful to the freshness and approachable character of the original.
Barbera d’Asti Superiore D.O.C.G. 14,5%
Barbera Superiore DOCG is a full-bodied wine with a strong and assertive character, it is the finest expression of the Barbera variety.
Matured for 18 months in oak casks/barrels (French oak or large oak casks), followed by additional bottle aging (minimum 6 to 8 months).
While standard Barbera wines are typically enjoyed young, top-tier single-vineyard (cru) expressions like Boschetto Vecchio are structured explicitly for long-term cellaring.
Refined and superior, Nizza Barcarato is a wine that represents the mastery of Piedmontese winemaking.
Cutizzi Greco di Tufo Riserva DOCG 13%
The Feudi di San Gregorio Cutizzi Greco di Tufo Riserva is a single-vineyard, bone-dry white wine from Campania, Italy, celebrated for its vibrant volcanic minerality and aging potential.
High-altitude mountain vineyards situated between 430 and 600 meters above sea level. With mineral-rich volcanic, chalky, and sulfur-rich soils near an ancient sulfur mine.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16–18°C), then aged for 4 to 5 months on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring), followed by additional bottle aging before release
Fiano di Avellino DOCG 13%
Fiano di Avellino DOCG is harvested and processed in the winery, where the must is extracted at low pressures. After racking, where the juice rests overnight at low temperatures, Feudi di San Gregorio Fiano di Avellino is ready for fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. As a general rule, this variety, which is considered one of the most elegant, is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the aromas and freshness.
Feudi Aglianico Dal Re Irpinia DOC 14%
Feudi Aglianico Dal Re DOC comes from the most remout vineyards, we selected the best Aglianico grapes. The elegant bottle – inspired by the genius of Massimo Vignelli – envelops the wine in many small grooves, as if in an embrace.
A brief refinement to enhance a grape that, even when young, shows balance and pleasantness.
Feudi di San Gregorio Aglianico DOC Serpico 14%
Old vines. Historic Taurasi vineyard that give birth to Serpico is located among the most exciting vineyards of Feudi di San Gregorio. These are the century-old vines.
These spectacular pre-phylloxera plants, grown on their own rootstock, standing 2.5 meters tall and stretching 4-5 meters, offer emotions that transcend time.
Pampa Estate Torrontes 13%
Argentine’s flagship white variety: although Spain has a grape called Torrontés, Argentine Torrontés is a distinct variety found only in Argentina.
High altitude variety: grows best in high-altitude vineyards, benefiting from cool nights that preserve aromatics and acidity.
Aromatic White Wine: one of the few truly aromatic Argentine white grapes, standing out in a market dominated by Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Nizza Rizerva D.O.C.G. Barcarato 14,5%
Nizza D.O.C.G. Barcarato is a full-bodied wine with a strong and assertive character, it is the finest expression of the Barbera variety.
After harvesting by hand, destemming and crushing, the grapes are fermented and then aged in oak barrels (small 225 liter barrels) for a minimum of 12 months. Subsequently, Barcarato rests in the bottle for 12 months before being marketed.
It has a beautiful bright ruby red colour and an intense flavour with hints of ripe fruit, and a long, persistent finish.
