The grapes are hand picked during the second half of September to maintain the natural freshness. Once the fruit arrives in the cellar the grapes are cooled down and then softly crushed, after this first passage the juice and the peels rest overnight in the press,
saturized with Nitrogen, in order to avoid oxidation and preserve the varietal notes.

Chardonnay La Prensa Reserva 13,5%
Chardonnay La Presna Reserva is bright yellow colour with golden tones. The grapes are frone in vertical trellis and spanish grape arbour. On the alluvial top soil with a sandy texture, subsoil with rounded rocks and a sandy base.
It's grone in temperate climate, with Mediterranean rains and a significant variation of temperature between day and night.
