In describing one of Sicily's oldest wines, Baron Nicolosi referred to Inzolia in 1869 as “A beautiful quality of grape, which yields much fruit, makes generous wine,and has a gentle flavour, qualities that make it desirable”.

Chablis is the northernmost wine growing region in Burgundy. It's actually closer to Champagne than much of the rest of Burgundy, because it is separated by the Morvan hills. Chablis produces dry white wines made from Chardonnay, and is situated on ancient Jurassic soils that give its wines minerally and flinty accents. Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification. Aged in oak barrels of 20 to 60% new oak for 8 to 15 months. The oak is mainly sourced from the Vosges region.

Negroamaro IGP Salento 15,5%
The grapes are harvested at the perfect stage of the maturation and vinified in the winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 12-15 days. The crushed grapes are pressed to start and then the alcoholic fermentation continues slowly for another 8-10 days . The malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation. The refining period is divided into 6 months in stainless steel silos, 12/18 months in oak barrels and after at least 12 months in bottle. CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE

Echoes Salento I.G.P. 15%
The grapes, are vinified in our winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 8-10 days. The varieties are worked separately and remain divided until the bottling of the blend. The refining period is divided in 8-12 months in stainless steel silos for Primitivo, 8-12 months in oak barrel for Petit Verdot and after at least 12 months in a bottle. CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE

Espira Fiano I.G.P. 13%
The grapes, come exclusively from their own funds, are vinified in the winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The crashing of grapes is followed by a soft pressing. After the alcoholic fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 13°C-14°C for 10 days. The Fiano 90% maturing in stainless steel silos for 4 months on vine leaves, the Chardonnay 10% part needs a short stay in little wood (one - two months). Two grape varieties are separated until bottling, then they are kept in the bottle for at least a month. CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE
