Bouquet
A fragrant, expressive nose showcasing notes of white flowers, ripe peach, and subtle hints of citrus. Aging adds secondary layers of hazelnuts, toasted brioche, and buttery shortbread.
Palate
Crisp and refreshing acidity supports flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus zest. The extended lees aging creates a smooth, round, and slightly creamy mouthfeel that transitions into an elegant, lasting finish.
Pairing
Its bright acidity and subtle richness make it highly versatile. It is an excellent apéritif, and pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, smoked salmon, canapés, and light poultry dishes. The softer fruit and yeasty notes also complement fruit-based desserts and creamy pastries.
