Drinkability

Aromatic, pleasantly fruity.
Palate
Smooth and full-bodied, persistent, with an aromatic finish with echoes of almond.
Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with cakes and desserts made with nuts and dried fruit, honey and marzipan, but also excellent with mature or blue cheeses.
