Drinkability
Night harvest to preserve aromas and fruit intensity, pre-fermentation maceration with enzymes and aromatic yeasts, fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry.
We recommend storage in a cool and dry place at a temperature between 5 and 25°C.
To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 3 years.

La Madone Picpoul De Pinet is light-to-medium-bodied and unoaked. It is offering bright flavors of lemon, green apple, and white peach, underlined by a distinct, refreshing saline and mineral quality that evokes the ocean breeze of its coastal vineyards.

Because of the high acidity and saline notes of this wine, it is widely considered the ultimate match for shellfish—especially fresh local oysters—as well as calamari, sushi, and white fish.
