Drinkability
With a drier than average Spring leading in to the ripening period, we were reliant on short regular waters to keep the canopies vibrant. Harvest was early and compressed with ample sunshine to keep the flavour ripening up in check with sugar accumulation.
Our 2025 Pinot Gris was fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and fruit intensity.
Bouquet
Expect inviting aromas of white florals, orange blossom, and citrus, leading into fresh nashi pear, crisp red apple, and hints of grapefruit.
Palate
It delivers a bright, juicy, and flavoursome palate that tightens into a crisp, dry, and satisfyingly zesty finish.
Pairing
This wine goes well with most dishes. Ideal with sushi, ceviche or as an aperitif. Perfect with pasta dishes with mushrooms, polenta or canederli. Intriguing in combination with oriental cuisine. This sauvignon is full-bodied and delicate, it will compliment well all rice dishes. Especially seafood risotto.
