A synthesis of the terroir of origin and its international scope, this wine expresses the skilful balance between the Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot grape varieties. Pleasant and enveloping, it is a bewitching wine that immediately conquers the palate. The label illustration is the result of a collaboration with the Japanese artist Tetsuji Endo, who has lived in Tuscany for many years.
The title of the work is Eredità antica (Ancient heritage). With the symbol of the family tree, the painter intends to express the renewal of life through the continuous evolution of living species.
Technique: Chinese ink, pencil and watercolour on paper. Ageing of the paper using different techniques.

Endo's technique combines Chinese ink, pencil, and watercolour on paper, with the paper's ageing effect achieved through a variety of specialised methods.

Region I Malbec Reserve 13.5%
The grape for Region I Malbec Reserva is harvested in late March. Maceration prior alcoholic fermantation for 48 hours, at low temperature. Alcoholic fermantation process with selected yeasts at a temperature between 23C to 27C, for 18 days. Aging in oak barrels for 8 months. The wine is botteled in the glass and can be kept for uo to 4 years.

Merlot Reserva Don Servando 13,5%
Merlot Ron Servando Reserva is a fresh, medium-bodied with a complex finish and melting tannis. The wine is kept on light lees for three months in contact with French oak. Then it continues aging in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Rioja Bodegas Faustino Rivero Ulecia 13.5%
Grape harvested in plots located between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. The vineyards in perfect balance allow the harvesting of grapes in an optimal state of maturity. The low yields per hectare make it possible to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine. De-stemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, pumped over daily to extract colour, tannins and aromas from the grapes. Controlled fermentation at a temperature between 23 and 28º C with selected and native yeasts, to obtain wines with good aromatic complexity.

The bold character of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Annibale reflects its history. According to legend, Hannibal offered cups of Montepulciano to soldiers to boost their spirits.

The Chianti Classico Poggio ai Mandorli is a wine mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and a small addition of Merlot and Syrah.
