Drinkability
The plots and grape varieties are vinified separately in concrete tanks in a traditional manner. Following some délestages at the start of fermentation, the frequency of pumping over decreases for gentle extraction. A warm post-fermentation maceration ensures optimal tannin integration.
It can be enjoyed in its fruit-forward youth, but its structural balance generally means the optimal drinking window begins around 5 years after the vintage.
Bouquet
Intense purple and violet hints., as well as aromas of black fruits, Provençal herbs, and subtle spice.
Palate
The palate is plush and rich, boasting silky tannins and a lingering, warming finish.
Pairing
Pairs wonderfully with game or red meats.
