Mechanical harvest. Cold settling prior to fermentation at low temperature.
Bouquet
Pale gold with a youthful green tinge. Very aromatic wine with exotic fruit notes. Lively and fresh white wine.
Palate
The palate has good balance of fruit and acidity, with a pleasing finish of white fruit notes.
The wine is best paired with seafood, such as scallops and prawns. Additionally the bright acidity of the wine complements the creamy, tangy notes of goat cheese.
