Traditional Burgundian vinification in thermo-regulated tanks, with pre-fermentation cold maceration and a long fermentation period featuring optimized punch-downs and pump-overs.

It is primarily crafted for immediate consumption and has a short aging potential of 2 to 4 years from its vintage date.

Bouquet

Ruby red, black cherry, dark and deep in colour.

Red berries, spice, and vanilla notes

Palate

Bright red and black fruit flavors (like blackberry and dark cherry) lead into gentle notes of earth, leather, and subtle baking spice.

Smooth and harmonious with soft, velvety tannins and a refreshing, lingering acidity.

Pairing
