Generally crafted for earlier enjoyment. These are best consumed within 2 to 5 years of the vintage to enjoy their bright, primary fruit characteristics.
Bouquet
The wine opens with aromas of red berries like raspberry, blackcurrant, and cherry.
Palate
On the palate, expect generous, silky tannins, bright acidity, and a finish that weaves in earthy, forest floor, and delicate mineral tones.
Pairing
Chateau Cantelys Rouge Pessac-Leognan pairs exceptionally well with grilled red meat, roast beef, game, and mature cheeses
