Wine produced under the principle of organic viticulture and EU certified organic CPAER (Consejo de la Producción Agraria Ecológica de La Rioja). The Tempranillo grapes for this wine were sourced from a select group of growers around Haro, Rioja Alta, who have long-term exclusive contracts with the winery. The winery jointly manages the tending of all the vineyards to ensure the utm ost fruit quality, with continuous monitoring during the growing cycle.

A warm, nicely structured red, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Annibale Le Clivie originates in the province of Chieti, between the massif of the Maiella and the Adriatic Sea. The climate, calcareous clay soil and meticulous vinification give a warm, complex wine with a distinctive yet harmonious tannic texture. The bold character of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Annibale reflects its history. According to legend, Hannibal offered cups of Montepulciano to soldiers to boost their spirits.

The GRAN SELEZIONE (in English GREAT SELECTION) is a new type of excellence and can be certainly considered a new point of reference for the international wine drinkers in the world. The Chianti Classico Poggio ai Mandorli is a wine mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and a small addition of Merlot and Syrah. The winemaker did let the wine aging and refine in tonneaux and French oak barrels for over one year. On the nose it is complex and elegant with notes of violets and wild berries.

WINEMAKING
The harvest began on late March. Maceration. prior alcoholic fermentation for 48
hours. at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts process at
controlled temperature between 23ºC to 26ºC . for 18 days. Aging in oak barrels for 8
months.
Aging potential: 4 years.
Pampa Malbec 13.5%
WINEMAKING
The harvest began on the first half of March. Selected yeasts were inoculated for the alcoholic fermentation process at a controlled temperature between 23°C to 27°C, during 10 days, matching concrete and stainless steel tanks. Aging potential: 1 to 2 years.
