Drinkability
Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is produced with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and for at least one month in the bottle.
Bouquet
The nose opens with aromas of violets and ripe red fruit.
Palate
On the palate it is full, pleasantly balanced and with an excellent structure.
