A noble and international grape variety, Pinot Grigio is interesting, crisp white wine. Its name comes from the French, pin, meaning pine, relating to the shape of the Pinot grape, which resembles a pinecone. Pinot Grigio delle Venezie D.O.C. Dacastello reveals scents of broom with a fresh, herbaceous undertone reminiscent of the scent of pine trees in spring.

Sauvignon blanc, a grape of French origin, owes its name to the fact that its leaves resemble those of wild vines. It therefore became known as sauvage vignon, meaning spontaneous vineyard. Le Clivie is a wine influenced by the breeze that blows in from the Ligurian Sea and the snow from the Apennines. In the unique area of Southern Piedmont, with its white tufaceous soil and red clay, the Cortese vine, characterised by large, golden, thin-skinned grapes, takes root.
