The general consensus points to peak maturity spanning from 2025 through 2035
Bouquet
Chateau Du Tertre 2015 is highly aromatic wine with expressive red and black fruit notes, notably blackberry, blackcurrant, and dark cherry, perfectly intertwined with hints of subtle spice, dried herbs, cedar, and light graphite
Palate
The wine is medium-bodied with a round, satin-like texture. Soft yet grainy tannins provide excellent structure without losing its signature freshness.
The finish is long, velvety, and complex with lingering sweet fruit and delicate earthy undertones.
Pairing
Chateau Du Tertre 2015 Margaux is perfect with lightly seasoned, high-quality meats such as roasted lamb chops, pan-seared duck breast, or a simple, and perfectly cooked ribeye
