After the extravirgin olive oil is extracted, the remaining olive pulp (pomace) is pressed again resulting the pomace oil. This type of olive oil is mainly used for cooking, as a monounsaturated fat, it is a better choice for cooking than other seed oils like canola, sunflower or peanut as it is healthy and more durable than other oils
