Drinkability
The harvest is in the beginning of March. Maceration for 4 hours and then processing. After this, stripping up is followed by a fermentation process, during whitchselected yeasts are inoculated at a controlled temperature between 14C and 16C, for 20 days. The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 24 months.

Intense, fruity and floral, with notes of orange blossom and peach.
Palate
Aromatic, fragrant, fresh, sweet and balanced.
Pairing
Ideal as a dessert wine, with pastries, cakes and nuts.
