Drinkability
Merlot Reserva Don Servando is harvested by hand and machine in March. The grapes go throw two week maceration, soft extraction in temperatures between 26°C and 28°C. The wine is kept on light lees for three months in contact with French oak. Then it continues aging in stainless steel vats until bottling. The wine is bottled in glass bottles and can be aged for up to 5 years.

Intense notes of plum, cacao and toasted hazelnuts.

Medium body, fresh with a complex finish and melting tannins.

Perfect with pasta, white meat, noodles, kofta and pakora.
