Chardonnay Don Servando Reserva is bright yellow colour with golden tones. The grapes are frone in vertical trellis and spanish grape arbour. On the alluvial top soil with a sandy texture, subsoil with rounded rocks and a sandy base.
It’s grown in temperate climate, with Mediterranean rains and a significant variation of temperature between day and night.

Drinkability
After hand and and machine harvested in the first two weeks of March. The grapes are immediately pressed and fermented between 16°C-18°C. Light contact with frenck oak. Serving temp: 8-10°C. Can be aged for up to 4 years.

Intense notes of tropical fruits, vanilla and ripe peaches.
Palate
Crisp, dry and smooth.
Pairing
Chardonnay Don Servando Reserva is ideal with grilled fish, vegetables and white meats.
