Old vines. Historic Taurasi vineyard that give birth to Serpico is located among the most exciting vineyards of Feudi di San Gregorio. These are the century-old vines.
These spectacular pre-phylloxera plants, grown on their own rootstock, standing 2.5 meters tall and stretching 4-5 meters, offer emotions that transcend time.
Nizza Rizerva D.O.C.G. Barcarato 14,5%
Nizza D.O.C.G. Barcarato is a full-bodied wine with a strong and assertive character, it is the finest expression of the Barbera variety.
After harvesting by hand, destemming and crushing, the grapes are fermented and then aged in oak barrels (small 225 liter barrels) for a minimum of 12 months. Subsequently, Barcarato rests in the bottle for 12 months before being marketed.
It has a beautiful bright ruby red colour and an intense flavour with hints of ripe fruit, and a long, persistent finish.

A demanding and delicate grape variety, Törggelen Pinot Nero Le Clivie reaches its full potential thanks to the optimal terroir: it is grown at 400 metres above sea level, in deep, fertile soil that is well-drained and rich in lime.
The result is a delicate red wine, low in tannins and with pronounced acidity, featuring aromas of red berries, balanced and full on the palate.
Gino Cordin Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC 15%
How it's made
The ‘ripasso’ method is a tradition which is celebrated every year; Valpolicella wine is ‘passed over’ the skins of the grapes already used for Amarone while they are still warm and full of sugars.
The first step is manual harvesting and collection in special boxes which are left in the drying shed for 3 months, then the grapes become a basic Valpolicella which is left in contact with the Amarone skins for a few days. During this time, a second fermentation takes place.
Aging
In French oak barrels for 12 months, then in steel vats until bottling.

Alta Langa Brut Millesimato D.O.C.G 12,5%
Alta Langa is one of Piedmont's most prestigious and representative sparkling wines in Italy.
Alta Langa Bordà Le Clivie is produced in a hilly limestone-clay area 450 metres above sea level, influenced by the Alps and the Ligurian Sea. It is a vintage brut sparkling wine produced using the classic method.
The grapes are harvested at the end of August, manually in small baskets. This is followed by the pressing of the whole grapes and the first fermentation of the free-run juice. Fermentation then takes place in the bottle, resting in the cellars “sur lattes” at a constant temperature of 15-18°. The ageing period lasts over 30 months. This is followed by the freezing of the bottle necks, disgorging, sugar dosage and finally packaging.
Alta Langa Bordà Le Clivie is the result of an exceptional terroir and consolidated savoir-faire. The result is a sparkling wine with an intense and complex aroma and a full, savoury and enveloping flavour.
Gewürztraminer Alto Adige Törggelen D.O.C. 14%
Gewürztraminer Törggelen originates from the Wine Route in the province of Bolzano, in Cornaiano, an area that produces wines of extraordinary aromatic intensity.
As the adjective “Gewürz”, meaning spicy, suggests, this white wine is characterized by its complex, fragrant and intense profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied and opulent, with a wealth of aromas ranging from nutmeg to tropical fruits.
A white wine with a strong personality, excellent for celebrations, it pairs well with appetisers, foie gras or desserts.
Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C. 13,5%
Cannonau di Sardegna Le Clivie is the iconic Sardinian red. It is an intense and savoury wine.
Pleasing to the palate, full and powerful, it embodies the characteristics of its homeland. Cannonau Le Clivie is a wine with a distinct personality, well-structured with scents of fruit and iodine notes typical of Mediterranean maquis.

How it's made
An accurate selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, together with the use of autochthonous grapes, gives a good structure and tannicity to the wine and additionally helps it get a better result from the aging process in oak barrels.
The grapes are left in the drying shed for a short maceration of 30 days, and, after a soft pressing, followed by a slow fermentation in stainless steel vats. After that, the wine is aged for 30 more days in French oak barrels, and is put in steel tanks until the bottling phase.
