Drinkability

Traditionally fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and aged in French oak barrels to build complexity.

The wine has an optimal drinking window of 5 to 8 years from the vintage, and can comfortably age for up to 10 years when stored in a cool, dark cellar.

Bouquet

Expressive and slightly spicy nose, dominated by ripe red and black fruit aromas like plum and blackberry, also cherry.

Palate

Round and supple on the palate due to the high percentage of Merlot, with well-balanced structure and velvety tannins from the Cabernet components.

Pairing

The wine pairs beautifully with red meats, duck, venison, mature cheeses, and hearty mushroom dishes.
