Troupian Haut-Médoc AOP 2023 (14% ABV) is a Left Bank Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. It is made via traditional vinification in stainless steel and aged in french oak. Crafted under the oversight of legendary winemaking consultant Michel Rolland.

Drinkability
The wine is made via traditional vinification in stainless steel and aged in French oak for 12 months. It has an aging potential of 5 to 7 years from the vintage date.
Bouquet
Deep crimson hue with violet tinges. A complex, fruity, and spicy nose featuring aromas of blackcurrants, plums, and cherries.
Palate
It is offering a fleshy, well-balanced palate with layers of dark berries, vanilla, tobacco, and subtle oak.
The finish is long, smoove, and complex with lingering sweet fruit and delicate earthy undertones.
Therefore the wine is highly prized for its dark fruit flavours, cedar, and velvety tannins.

Chateau Troupian Haut-Medoc pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, grilled lamb, game (deer, venison), and mature hard cheeses.
