Gewürztraminer Törggelen originates from the Wine Route in the province of Bolzano, in Cornaiano, an area that produces wines of extraordinary aromatic intensity.
As the adjective “Gewürz”, meaning spicy, suggests, this white wine is characterized by its complex, fragrant and intense profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied and opulent, with a wealth of aromas ranging from nutmeg to tropical fruits.
A white wine with a strong personality, excellent for celebrations, it pairs well with appetisers, foie gras or desserts.
Charlton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2022 13.5%
Pale gold in its youth and adorned with green reflections, Corton-Charlemagne takes on amber and more yellow nuances with age. Infinitely delicate, its bouquet expresses, in buttery tones, baked apple, citrus, pineapple, lime blossom, fern, juniper, cinnamon and flint. Honeyed notes are frequent. Leather and truffles are an escort to
old vintages (up to 25 to 30 years). The glass and the palate are filled with a powerful breath. With its virulent richness, the Chardonnay surprises here by its concentration, its distinction and its balance. Rarely does the grace of the grape variety establish such a close link with the character of its terroir.

The breath, richness and distinction of Corton-Charlemagne indicate a remarkable acidity, perfectly controlled by a round opulence in the mouth, which should be combined with noble and delicate dishes, but themselves powerful and aromatic.
Valduero Blanco Gran Reserve 13%
Valduero Blanco Granreserve is only released in exceptional vintages. 100% Albillo Mayor from Ribera del Duero (850 m), very low yield (2,500 kg/ha) and hand-harvested in 14 kg crates. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 5 years in 500 L barrels, bottle-aged since 2020. Deep and elegant: ripe stone fruit, honey, brioche, and subtle toasty notes. Broad and creamy on the palate, with precise acidity and an exceptionally long finish. Limited edition: 938 bottles.

Valduero Blanco Criado Sobre Lias13%
Blanco Valduero is a 100% Albillo from Ribera del Duero , aged on its lees (bâtonnage) for a creamy texture and great aromatic depth. It comes from vineyards over 12 years old with yields of 4,500 kg/ha and is fermented with native yeasts to preserve the character of the terroir. Fresh and subtly mineral, with notes of white fruit and flowers, it has a long, clean finish. Limited edition of 50,000 bottles .

Monferrato Bianco Nymphae D.O.C. 13%
A white wine with great personality, from a blend of white grapes, Sauvignon and Timorasso, which grow well in this corner ofMonferrato, with a particular microclimate.
Together, these grapes create a product that is unique in terms of its richness of flavour and outstanding minerality, which is given by a soil rich in sodium, magnesium and potassium.
Its assertive, complex structure makes it very long-lived but also versatile for dishes with different flavours.
Solis Vis Monferrato Bianco D.O.C. 14%
Solis Vis is made with monovarietal Timorasso grapes. Brilliant straw-yellow with intense pale-green reflections. This wine is notable for its pronounced minerality and complex nose, its intense, warm
aromas, and the clear notes of apples, pears and gunflint. Assertive in the mouth, the typical vigour of the variety is offset by long ageing on the yeasts, which gives it remarkable body and

Echoing saline and rocky coasts, a tribute to the Mediterranean maquis with its scent of thyme and citrus fruits, Vermentino Terre Siciliane I.G.P. Dacastello is the wine of the sea.
Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 12,5%
The Vernaccia of San Gimignano has been the first italian wine to obtain the D.O.C.G. Denomination (DPR 3/3/66). It is made from the grapes of the Vernaccia vines and becomes wine, in the town of San Gimignano, as prescribed by production regulations.
A straw-coloured wine with a fine and clear scent, dry and aromatic with a pleasing after taste. So as to fully appreciate the wine best organilogical qualities, it is advised to be served naturally cool and at a temperature of 12°-13° C.
Dacastello Inzolia Terre Siciliane I.G.P 12.5°
The wine par excellence during Greek symposia! Inzolia disembarked on Sicily's shores in the 7th century BC. In describing one of Sicily's oldest wines, Baron Nicolosi referred to Inzolia in 1869 as “A beautiful quality of grape, which yields much fruit, makes generous wine,and has a gentle flavour, qualities that make it desirable”.
Domaine Marguerite Carillon Chablis 12,5%
Chablis is the northernmost wine growing region in Burgundy. It's actually closer to Champagne than much of the rest of Burgundy, because it is separated by the Morvan hills.
Chablis produces dry white wines made from Chardonnay, and is situated on ancient Jurassic soils that give its wines minerally and flinty accents.
Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification. Aged in oak barrels of 20 to 60% new oak for 8 to 15 months. The oak is mainly sourced from the Vosges region.
Dacastello Greco di Tufo D.O.C.G. 13%
Greco di Tufo D.O.C.G.
One of Campania’s most celebrated wines, Greco di Tufo boasts a distinctive character. A white wine with an important structure, crisp and smooth, it is an icon of Irpinian oenology. Its name originates from the land where it is cultivated: the municipality of Tufo, characterised by the presence of a volcanic rock known as tuff. Its value has been recognised since ancient times, so much so that the Latin writer Pliny the Elder claimed that “Greco wine was so prized that it was poured only once at banquets”.
Annamurà, in Irpinian dialect means to enamour, to make someone fall in love.
The label illustration was created by artist Lucilla Tubaro. The title of the work, ANNAMURA’, is a tribute to the secret Irpinia of the Janare, enchanting fairies who had the power to seduce, to bewitch.
