The Le Clivie Rosso Appassimento Noctiluna is a round, warm wine with soft tannins and excellent persistence.
The grapes are harvested between the end of September and October, after a period of drying in the vineyard of about 15 days. This process yields a concentrated wine with a fruity aroma and a distinct personality.
Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato D.O.C.G. 15%
It is a wine of great elegance, velvety and persistent which comes from the rare Ruchè grape, present only in this corner of Piedmont. It is an indigenous variety, cultivated only in seven municipalities: Tenuta Montemagno is located between two of them and produces in its personal and unique interpretation this wine, the most exclusive of the Alto Monferrato.
INVICTUS comes from particular Ruchè grapes with late harvesting, to give this wine structure and personality. With an intense red colour and purple/black highlights, this wine presents
notes of roses, violets and ripe red fruits. Full, clearly tannic and aromatic, Invictus has a long longevity and elegance.
Fondo di Pio Montecucco Rosso DOCG 14,5%
Fondo di Pio Montecucco Rosso DOCG, fruity and easy to drink, the synergy of a warm and generous land.
Vinification in steel for 2 weeks with no addition of yeast only the MLF, aging in medium-sized barrels (tonneaux) for 24 months. Further aging in the bottle for 6 months before releasing to the market.
Scarafone Montecucco Rosso DOC 14,5%
Scarafone Montecucco Rosso DOC, fruity and easy to drink, the synergy of a warm and generous land.
Vinification in steel, aging in medium-sized barrels (tonneaux) for the Sangiovese and in barriques for the Cabernet for 12/15 months. The blending takes place at the end of the aging process and then it is bottled.

Primitivo Salento I.G.P. Le Clivie, fruity and easy to drink, the synergy of a warm and generous land, where the sun embraces the earth and the moonbeams kiss the sea.
The Apulian red wine par excellence is deeply rooted in this sun-drenched land caressed by the sea breeze.
The mash grapes undergo a very long maceration (12-14 days). Fermentation is driven by selected ferments takes place in temperature-controlled tanks (26-28°).
After draining and pressing, the new wine undergoes it's first racking after malolactic fermentation.
Amarone della Valpolicella Corno Marani Riserva DOCG 15.5%
How it's made
This Amarone is produced in limited edition only in the best vintages. It has an intense ruby red colour. Hints of sour black cherry and cherry in alcohol. On the palate it is full-bodied, velvety and rich. It is perfect with braised meat, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
Aging
In French oak barrels for 24 months.
Amarone della Valpolicella le Viole DOCG 15.5%
How it's made
This wine is the ultimate expression of harmony and structure with his intense garnet colour and hints of cherry preserve, spices like vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, it is velvety and soft. Slow drying of the grapes in fruttaio for 5 months after the harvest. It is a great match with aged cheeses and red meats.
Aging
In French oak barrels for 12 months.

How it's made
The best bunches of grapes are selected and picked by hand, slowly dried for 5 months, then fermented in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature. The skins are not pressed – only the heart of the grape is used.
Aging
In French oak barrels for 24 months, then in steel vats until bottling.

Primitivo di Manduria is the Apulian wine of the Ionian Sea par excellence. The vineyards, in which the alberello (bush) vine training system is used, are influenced by sea breeze and salty atmosphere which enhance the particular character of this wine.
A tribute to the Greek poet Homer, who described the sea as being “the colour of wine”, this wine is an ode to the sea, Pelagos, in ancient Greek.
