The Vernaccia of San Gimignano has been the first italian wine to obtain the D.O.C.G. Denomination (DPR 3/3/66). It is made from the grapes of the Vernaccia vines and becomes wine, in the town of San Gimignano, as prescribed by production regulations. A straw-coloured wine with a fine and clear scent, dry and aromatic with a pleasing after taste. So as to fully appreciate the wine best organilogical qualities, it is advised to be served naturally cool and at a temperature of 12°-13° C.

Primitivo di Manduria Le Clivie is a structured, fruity and enveloping wine. Sumptuous and velvety, it is characterised by the unmistakable scents of the Mediterranean maquis and mineral nuances. Primitivo di Manduria is the Apulian wine of the Ionian Sea par excellence. The vineyards, in which the alberello (bush) vine training system is used, are influenced by sea breeze and salty atmosphere which enhance the particular character of this wine. Negroamaro IGP Salento 15,5%
The grapes are harvested at the perfect stage of the maturation and vinified in the winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 12-15 days. The crushed grapes are pressed to start and then the alcoholic fermentation continues slowly for another 8-10 days . The malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation. The refining period is divided into 6 months in stainless steel silos, 12/18 months in oak barrels and after at least 12 months in bottle. CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE

Echoes Salento I.G.P. 15%
The grapes, are vinified in our winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 8-10 days. The varieties are worked separately and remain divided until the bottling of the blend. The refining period is divided in 8-12 months in stainless steel silos for Primitivo, 8-12 months in oak barrel for Petit Verdot and after at least 12 months in a bottle. CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE
