Drinkability

The grapes arrived in the cellar are immediately crushed and pressed. The must undergoes an alcoholic fermentation at the same time as malolactic fermentation. The new wine is filtered and stored in vitrified tanks.

To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, we suggest to drink it within 3 years.

The nose is fruity with notes of strawberry and morello cherry.

Soft, silky and enveloping on the palate.
