The 2022 Hospices de Beaune Pouilly-Fuissé "Cuvée Françoise Poisard" is a rich, medium-bodied white Burgundy. The wine has fine aromas of candied citrus, yellow fruit, and a light oakiness, this elegant Chardonnay offers a harmonious balance of power, refreshing acidity, and a silky, mineral finish.
Chateau Cantin Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2023
Situated to the east of the hillock of Saint-Émilion, the property includes a beautiful Château with buildings set out around a central courtyard which were built by Benedictine monks from the 17th century onwards. These served as the farm and the Monastery for the religious order and were also used as a summer residence by the Canons of Saint-Émilion. The Château’s location owes nothing to chance, for the congregation decided to build it as close as possible to a stream, the “Cantin” (from the Latin “Cantio” meaning chant or song).
Since the 2009 vintage, Château Cantin benefits from the expertise of the oenologist Michel Rolland and his team.

Feudi Aglianico Dal Re DOC comes from the most remout vineyards, we selected the best Aglianico grapes. The elegant bottle – inspired by the genius of Massimo Vignelli – envelops the wine in many small grooves, as if in an embrace.
A brief refinement to enhance a grape that, even when young, shows balance and pleasantness.
Valduero Tierra Alta Reserva de 2 cotas 14%
Tempranillo variety. Yields below 3.500 Kg/Ha. The grapes come from 2 of our high altitude vineyards in the Ribera del Duero. One of them is located at 840 meters above sea level, and provides complexity and elegance, and the second is at 900 meters and adds structure to the wine. It is then aged for 2 years and a half in different types of oak.

Dacastello Ancòra Trebbiano d’Abruzzo D.O.C. 12°

The grapes, come exclusively from their own funds, are vinified in the winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The crashing of grapes is followed by a soft pressing. After the alcoholic fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 13°C-14°C for 10 days. The Fiano 90% maturing in stainless steel silos for 4 months on vine leaves, the Chardonnay 10% part needs a short stay in little wood (one - two months). Two grape varieties are separated until bottling, then they are kept in the bottle for at least a month.

How it's made
This wine is the ultimate expression of harmony and structure with his intense garnet colour and hints of cherry preserve, spices like vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, it is velvety and soft. Slow drying of the grapes in fruttaio for 5 months after the harvest. It is a great match with aged cheeses and red meats.

In French oak barrels for 12 months.

A white wine with great personality, from a blend of white grapes, Sauvignon and Timorasso, which grow well in this corner ofMonferrato, with a particular microclimate.
Together, these grapes create a product that is unique in terms of its richness of flavour and outstanding minerality, which is given by a soil rich in sodium, magnesium and potassium.
Its assertive, complex structure makes it very long-lived but also versatile for dishes with different flavours.

The Feudi di San Gregorio Cutizzi Greco di Tufo Riserva is a single-vineyard, bone-dry white wine from Campania, Italy, celebrated for its vibrant volcanic minerality and aging potential.
High-altitude mountain vineyards situated between 430 and 600 meters above sea level. With mineral-rich volcanic, chalky, and sulfur-rich soils near an ancient sulfur mine.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16–18°C), then aged for 4 to 5 months on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring), followed by additional bottle aging before release
