Sophisticated and characterised by considerable finesse, Gavi del Comune di Gavi D.O.C.G. Le Clivie is a wine influenced by the breeze that blows in from the Ligurian Sea and the snow from the Apennines. In the unique area of Southern Piedmont, with its white tufaceous soil and red clay, the Cortese vine, characterised by large, golden, thin-skinned grapes, takes root. Le Clivie Primitivo di Manduria D.O.C. 15%
Primitivo di Manduria Le Clivie is a structured, fruity and enveloping wine. Sumptuous and velvety, it is characterised by the unmistakable scents of the Mediterranean maquis and mineral nuances. Primitivo di Manduria is the Apulian wine of the Ionian Sea par excellence. The vineyards, in which the alberello (bush) vine training system is used, are influenced by sea breeze and salty atmosphere which enhance the particular character of this wine. A tribute to the Greek poet Homer, who described the sea as being “the colour of wine”, this wine is an ode to the sea, Pelagos, in ancient Greek. “Dark cherry fruit, a minty touch with structured tannins and freshness on the finish. Echoes Salento I.G.P. 15%
The grapes, are vinified in our winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 8-10 days. The varieties are worked separately and remain divided until the bottling of the blend. The refining period is divided in 8-12 months in stainless steel silos for Primitivo, 8-12 months in oak barrel for Petit Verdot and after at least 12 months in a bottle. CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE

Le Clivie Merlot Alto Adige Torggelen D.O.C. 13.5%
Merlot Törggelen Le Clivie is a mellow, harmonious wine which originates in calcareous, clayey soils along the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Made from an early-ripening grape, Merlot Törggelen Le Clivie has a distinctive aroma of wild cherries and redcurrants, making it the South Tyrolean fruity Bordeaux-style wine par excellence. In keeping with South Tyrolean tradition its name pays tribute to the grape pressing celebrations, an old country custom celebrated today in the region’s most important cellars and inns.

Beva Pinot Nero IGR 12,5%
This wine is extremely linked to the terroir in which is planted.
The vines are 30 years old and therefore they already have the capability of enhancing the great characteristics of this unique terroir.
The wine is fermented in open stainless steel vats, completely destemmed, and then aged for 6 months in the same container

Rioja Bodegas Faustino Rivero Ulecia 13.5%
Grape harvested in plots located between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. The vineyards in perfect balance allow the harvesting of grapes in an optimal state of maturity. The low yields per hectare make it possible to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine. De-stemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, pumped over daily to extract colour, tannins and aromas from the grapes. Controlled fermentation at a temperature between 23 and 28º C with selected and native yeasts, to obtain wines with good aromatic complexity.

Dacastello Ribolla Gialla Millesimato Extra Dry 0,75L 11%
Sparkling and vital, Ribolla Gialla has a very ancient history. The first historical document to mention this wine dates back to 1296, mentioned at the time as Rabola . In the Spumante version, Dacastello Ribolla Gialla reveals itself as a fresh, fragrant and full-bodied wine, with a vibrant colour and delicate aroma. Off skins vinification, with clarification of the must. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Racking and fining in compliance with normal oenological procedures to stabilise the wine. Prise de mousse in pressurised tanks.
