Dacastello Nero Di Troia Puglia IGT 12.5%
Legend has it that, upon his return from the Trojan War, the mythical Greek hero Diomedes sailed the Adriatic Sea until he reached the River Ofanto, where he anchored his ship with some stones from the Trojan fort.. Finding the place pleasant and fertile, Diomedes decided to plant the vine shoots he had brought with him as a souvenir from the distant city of Troy. And this is how Nero di Troia came to grow in Apulia. Nero di Troia Puglia I.G.T. Dacastello, an intense red, is the perfect encounter between history and winemaking tradition.
Domaine Marguerite Carillon Chablis 12,5%
Chablis is the northernmost wine growing region in Burgundy. It's actually closer to Champagne than much of the rest of Burgundy, because it is separated by the Morvan hills.
Chablis produces dry white wines made from Chardonnay, and is situated on ancient Jurassic soils that give its wines minerally and flinty accents.
Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification. Aged in oak barrels of 20 to 60% new oak for 8 to 15 months. The oak is mainly sourced from the Vosges region.
Le Clivie Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Annibale D.O.C. 13,5%
A warm, nicely structured red, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Annibale Le Clivie originates in the province of Chieti, between the massif of the Maiella and the Adriatic Sea. The climate, calcareous clay soil and meticulous vinification give a warm, complex wine with a distinctive yet harmonious tannic texture. The bold character of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Annibale reflects its history. According to legend, Hannibal offered cups of Montepulciano to soldiers to boost their spirits.

The origins of Gutturnio date back to the time of Julius Caesar. The discovery of the gutturnium, an ancient inlaid silver cup, is behind the first bottle officially labelled as Gutturnio. Gutturnio D.O.C Dacastello is a sparkling, lively and fragrant wine with notes of brushwood and red fruits. A feast for the senses.
Dacastello La Graziosa Vino Rosso 13%
Rosso La Graziosa Dacastello is born in Abruzzo, in silty-clay soils at an altitude of 250 m above sea level, using the pergola vine training system. It is a balanced and easy to drink wine, immediate and harmonious, perfect for everyday drinking and suitable for every situation. Rosso La Graziosa is a classic wine, capable of satisfying a variety of palates and becoming the ideal companion for informal everyday drinking.

Expressive and complex, Catarratto Terre Siciliane I.G.T. Dacastello is a structured, full-bodied white wine with an intense bouquet of spicy, floral notes and a characteristic pine resin finish. Catarratto Terre Siciliane Dacastello, a wine with character, which prepares souls and opens them up to ardour.
Chateau De Lamarque Haut-Medoc 14%
Located in Bordeaux's Haut-Médoc region (just north of Margaux), the estate is built around a nearly 1,000-year-old castle. It is famously managed by the Gromand d'Evry family—making it one of the longest unbroken lineages of ownership in the entire wine world. Georgine de Fumel, Marquise d'Evry, expanded the estate in 1920
This 2020 vintage is all about finesse, elegance and balance! Its robe reveals a dense and deep red color, garnet, purplish reflection, reminding us of the berry color before harvest time. The nose gives off black fruit, plums and spice aromas thanks to Petit Verdot. On the palate, you find again the fruits with some spice notes and mocha.
Valduero Tierra Alta Reserva de 2 cotas 14%
Tempranillo variety. Yields below 3.500 Kg/Ha. The grapes come from 2 of our high altitude vineyards in the Ribera del Duero. One of them is located at 840 meters above sea level, and provides complexity and elegance, and the second is at 900 meters and adds structure to the wine. It is then aged for 2 years and a half in different types of oak.

Les Hauts du Tertre 2017 is faithful to its style, full of plump fruit and deliciously approachable. This is achieved with a blend of crisp, juicy Merlots and delicate, suave Cabernet Francs. A generous proportion of Petit Verdot brings depth and tonicity. These all complement the dense, distinguished Cabernet Sauvignons that provide freshness, tension and length.
This is a “vin de plaisir”, generous and accessible, fit for all occasions.
Le Clivie Sauvignon Alto Adige Torggelen D.O.C. 13.5%
Sauvignon blanc, a grape of French origin, owes its name to the fact that its leaves resemble those of wild vines. It therefore became known as sauvage vignon, meaning spontaneous vineyard. Distinctive vegetal and herbaceous notes characterise Sauvignon Blanc I.G.T. Dacastello, a pleasant and immediate white wine, with fresh notes and an interesting vibrancy of aromas.
Dacastello Montepulciano d’Abruzzo D.O.C. 13%
The Greek historian Polybius relates that the general Hannibal offered cups of Montepulciano to his soldiers to alleviate the pains of war. An imposing wine with a good structure, ideal for raising spirits, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.P. Dacastello dances harmoniously in the glass, offering a complex and sensational sensory evolution.
Amarone della Valpolicella Corno Marani Riserva DOCG 15.5%
How it's made
This Amarone is produced in limited edition only in the best vintages. It has an intense ruby red colour. Hints of sour black cherry and cherry in alcohol. On the palate it is full-bodied, velvety and rich. It is perfect with braised meat, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
Aging
In French oak barrels for 24 months.
