Barbera d’Asti Superiore D.O.C.G. 15%
This Barbera is produced from the oldest vines on the estate, with medium to late harvesting and fining in Allier oak barrels. It perfectly reflects both the characteristics of the grape (with its power, fruitiness, freshness and crispness) and those given by the terroir (with its finesse,mineral aromatic complexity and harmonious tannins).
Intense red colour, with highlights between purple and black; full, intense aromas with generous notes of cherry, earth and alluring oaky notes. On the palate it is warm, full, with the right balance of tannins and an excellent, long aromatic finish. It has a considerable capacity of ageing

Espira Fiano I.G.P. 13%
The grapes, come exclusively from their own funds, are vinified in the winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The crashing of grapes is followed by a soft pressing. After the alcoholic fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 13°C-14°C for 10 days. The Fiano 90% maturing in stainless steel silos for 4 months on vine leaves, the Chardonnay 10% part needs a short stay in little wood (one - two months). WINEMAKING
The harvest began on the first half of March. Selected yeasts were inoculated for the alcoholic fermentation process at a controlled temperature between 23°C to 27°C, during 10 days, matching concrete and stainless steel tanks. Aging potential: 1 to 2 years.
