Espira Fiano I.G.P. 13%
From £15.70
The grapes, come exclusively from their own funds, are vinified in the winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The crashing of grapes is followed by a soft pressing. After the alcoholic fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 13°C-14°C for 10 days. The Fiano 90% maturing in stainless steel silos for 4 months on vine leaves, the Chardonnay 10% part needs a short stay in little wood (one – two months). Two grape varieties are separated until bottling, then they are kept in the bottle for at least a month.
