Veroni Nduja Calabrese Picante 400gr
Ingridients
Carne Suina, Crema Di Peperoncino Calabrese Piccante 15% (Peperoncini Calabresi Piccanti 95%, Salt) Salt, Spices, Destrosio, Antioxidant: E301.
Veroni Nduja Calabrese Picante is a spreadable type of air-cured salami from Calabria, in the south of Italy.
Made from the same cuts as slicing salami – pork belly, shoulder etc. Although spices are included, it is unlikely you will taste much of them because nduja also features very hot, local chillies; thus it is essentially incorrect to describe nduja as ‘spicy’ because chillies are ‘hot’ rather than spicy, although the meaning of spicy has changed over the past decades also to mean hot.

Culatello Traditional without rind
A stunning, naturally aged ham that's justifiably dubbed the king of salumi. Salted and hung for almost a year, this ham relies on the climate of the flatlands of the Po river to give it its unique sweet taste. Made using a whole ham that is then cured and cut back until only the sweetest "fillet" remains, the art of making culatello has been passed down through generations and is still made by small producers adhering to the old traditions. To do full justice to this magnificent product, serve as the centrepiece of a grand platter of mixed cured meats.
