Made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grown on limestone-rich soils, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve delicate aromatics and freshness.
The wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel and briefly aged on lees for added texture.

The Côtes de Provence of Château de la Galinière is made in organic vineyards located on the slopes of the Cengle plateau, near Aix-en-Provence, in the municipality of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.
