Crafted at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain near Aix-en-Provence, this organic rosé captures the essence of Provence with elegance and purity.
Made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grown on limestone-rich soils, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve delicate aromatics and freshness.
The wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel and briefly aged on lees for added texture.
