Drinkability
Brinarosa Vaglio Massi Rosato is created through short maceration of the grapes at a low temperature of 12°. This gives the wine excellent aromatic extraction. Macetration is followed by soft pressing at 0.2 bar and cold
decantation of the must. Which then ferments at a controlled temperature of 10-12° in stainless steel tanks. 5 and 25°C.
To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, we suggest to drink it within 2 years.
Bouquet
Fruity, wild raspberries and delicate floral notes of rose, tipically of the Negroamaro grapes.
Palate
Good acidity, high level at freshness and sapidity. Balanced and elegant.
Pairing
Brinarosa Vaglio Massi Rosato is bright and delicate light pink, fruity with hints of wild strawberry and floral note of rose. On the palate wine is acidic with sapidity, that adds copmplecity.
Ideal with starters, light meaty dishes and pizza.
