Mixed with rye whiskey and sweet vermouth instead of Campari for a twist on the classic Negroni. Cynar substitutes remarkably well for other bitter liqueurs in a number of cocktails, and others have been built around its complex flavour.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Spirits & Liqueur FAQs

What types of spirits and liqueurs do you supply to hospitality businesses?

Our range covers gins, brandies, grappa, amaro, aperitifs, vermouth, liqueurs, vodka, and ready-to-serve cocktail pouches, with dozens of products across these categories. The selection leans toward Italian provenance, particularly in the liqueur and aperitif ranges, but also includes internationally recognised labels. Everything is chosen with a bar or restaurant's practical needs in mind, whether that is building a cocktail menu, stocking a house aperitif, or finding something more distinctive to sit behind the bar.

Do you supply Italian aperitifs and amaro for use in cocktails?

We do. The aperitif and liqueur ranges include products with strong bartending credentials, including Cynar, the artichoke-based Italian aperitif that has found considerable favour among craft bartenders in recent years, and Braulio, a Lombardian amaro aged in Slavonian oak barrels. Both are genuine Italian liqueurs with the character and complexity that serious cocktail lists tend to benefit from.

Can I source grappa through you for a restaurant's digestif offer?

Absolutely. We carry Grappa Libarna in two expressions: Bianca Cristallo and Di Moscato. Grappa is a natural fit for a digestif offer in any Italian-led restaurant, and these are well-regarded productions with clear character. Speak to our team if you would like more detail on serving suggestions or food pairings, as context makes a difference when presenting grappa to guests.

Do you stock ready-to-serve cocktails for high-volume venues?

We do carry cocktail options within the range, including the Spirito Cocktails format, which serves directly from a portable pouch in three simple steps. For venues that want to offer cocktails consistently across service without the staffing overhead of scratch mixing, this kind of product can be a practical addition to the back bar.

Are there any award-winning spirits in your range?

Several, in fact. Brentingby Pink Gin, for example, has received recognition from the International Wine and Spirit Competition. The Small Victories Australian wines have accumulated gold medals, and various other products across the range carry competition credentials. If awards and critical recognition matter when selecting products for your venue, we are happy to highlight which lines in the spirits range have that kind of backing.

Can you help us build an Italian-inspired cocktail menu?

While our primary role is as a supplier rather than a menu consultant, our range does lend itself well to Italian aperitivo and post-dinner cocktail formats. Products like Cynar, Braulio amaro, Calappiano Vin Santo, and our grappa selections give a bartender real material to work with. If you want guidance on which products pair well or suit particular drinks styles, our team is glad to have that conversation.

Do you supply vermouth, and what styles are available?

We carry four vermouth lines. Vermouth has seen a significant resurgence in cocktail culture, both as a component in classic serves and as a standalone aperitif, and the range reflects that. For venues looking to build a considered vermouth offer or simply to ensure their Negroni and Martini builds are properly stocked, we can advise on which styles best suit your programme.

Do you deliver spirits across the whole of the UK?

We supply hospitality businesses across the UK, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and event caterers. Delivery arrangements, lead times, and logistics are discussed at the account setup stage. Please use the enquiry form on this page to get in touch, and a member of the team will confirm what is possible for your location.
