Casa Di Vini is proud to offer Grappa Libarna Bianca Cristallo. This grappa is the result of the centuries old expertise and skill that characterise the Piedmontese art of distillation. Distilled authentically in an artisan method, using copper pot stills and the discontinuous old-fashioned method under careful supervision of the Distiller Master.
Delicate and accurate blend of the purest spirits with young and fine aromas create a wonderful product. Grappa Libarna Bianca is not aged, so it preserves all the aromas of the grapes. This crystal clear grappa has delicate aromas on the nose with scents of fresh flowers and grape. The colour of Grappa Librana Bianca is brilliantly-transparent. The palate is delicate, fine with subtle fresh notes of white flowers and the faint fragrance of breadcrumbs extremely clean, mellow, the subtle undertones perceived by the nose leave a pleasant dry finish and satiate the palate.
