Drinkability
Dacastello Mandis Sauvignon Blanc Friuli is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5 and 25°C. To fully appreciate the qualities of this white wine, it is best drunk within 2 years.

Delicate, aromatic and fruity bouquet. This wine delivers classy flinty, mineral freshness with subtlety fresh fruit and tropical notes with almost laser like precision.
Palate
On the palate it is harmonious, full and fragrant. Sauvignon Friuli is very high quality product. Aftertaste has a long lasting buttery and smooth feel.
Pairing
This wine goes well with most dishes. Ideal with tantalizing foods such as speck, or Parmigiano Reggiano. Additionally it is perfect with pasta dishes with mushrooms, polenta, or canederli.
Intriguing in combination with asian cuisine. This sauvignon is full-bodied and delicate, it will undoubtedly compliment well all rice dishes. Especially seafood risotto.
