Pinot Grigio is one of the world’s most popular international whites. The name Pinot is referencing to the conical shape of the bunches of this grape variety. The shape resemble the shape of a pine tree. Word Grigio references to the colour of the berry, which ranges from yellow to blue with grey hues (grigio being the Italian word for grey).

Drinkability
Dacastello Mandis Pinot Grigio DOC is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 36 months.
Bouquet
Intense and aromatic bouquet, fruity and fragrant, with scents of yellow plums and acacia blossom as well as a touch of smoke and tang.
Palate
On the palate the wine is mooth and balanced, with evident mineral sensations.
