Sparkling Wine

Sparkling and vital, Ribolla Gialla has a very ancient history. The first historical document to mention this wine dates back to 1296, mentioned at the time as Rabola .

In the Spumante version, Dacastello Ribolla Gialla reveals itself as a fresh, fragrant and full-bodied wine, with a vibrant colour and delicate aroma.

Off skins vinification, with clarification of the must. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Racking and fining in compliance with normal oenological procedures to stabilise the wine. Prise de mousse in pressurised tanks.
