In the Spumante version, Dacastello Ribolla Gialla reveals itself as a fresh, fragrant and full-bodied wine, with a vibrant colour and delicate aroma.
Off skins vinification, with clarification of the must. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Racking and fining in compliance with normal oenological procedures to stabilise the wine. Prise de mousse in pressurised tanks.

Drinkability
The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 24 months.
