Drinkability
The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5 and 25°C. Being a red wine, to fully appreciate its qualities, it is best drunk within 2 years.

Legend has it that, upon his return from the Trojan War, the mythical Greek hero Diomedes sailed the Adriatic Sea until he reached the River Ofanto, where he anchored his ship with some stones from the Trojan fort.. Finding the place pleasant and fertile, Diomedes decided to plant the vine shoots he had brought with him as a souvenir from the distant city of Troy.
