VINIFICATION AFTER A LIGHT PRESSING, THE PRIME MUST IS RAPIDLY CHILLED AND THEN GOES THROUGH STATIC DECANTATION. VINIFIED USING THE “COLD‐SOAK” TECHNIQUE.
