The grape for Region I Malbec Reserva is harvested in late March. Maceration prior alcoholic fermantation for 48 hours, at low temperature. Alcoholic fermantation process with selected yeasts at a temperature between 23C to 27C, for 18 days. Aging in oak barrels for 8 months. The wine is botteled in the glass and can be kept for uo to 4 years.
