Chardonnay La Prensa Reserva is 100% Chardonnay grape.
Central Valley, Chile.
After hand and and machine harvested in the first two weeks of March. The grapes are immediately pressed and fermented between 16°C-18°C. Light contact with frenck oak. Serving temp: 8-10°C. Can be aged for up to 4 years.
Intense notes of tropical fruits, vanilla and ripe peaches.
Crisp, dry and smooth.
Chardonnay La Prensa Reserva is ideal with grilled fish, vegetables and white meats.
